Clinic Director / Pediatrician with broad clinical experience including developmental pediatrics, a proven record of overseeing grant-funded clinical research and a high degree of social commitment. Pediatrics 2000 is a private pediatric group practice that provides quality medical care to residents of Harlem, Washington Heights and Inwood. A new expanded clinic is expected to open in the fall of 2008. Pediatrics 2000 provides general pediatrics including all childhood immunizations, urgent care, a newly established  pediatric hematology clinic that partners with the Children's Hospital's Hematology clinic, a dedicated adolescent clinic and [along with the Columbia University School of Nursing] screening for behavioral problems. In addition, the center will place an emphasis on the role of art as a vehicle for promoting health through the incorporation of visual arts, art workshops, and art therapy.
