Personal Responsibility Coach (PRC)

Crisis Ministries' will be adding four new staff members to our team.  PRC's are apart of our front-line staff; working directly with families and individuals staying in the Family Center.  As a member of the staff you are responsible for assisting the clients with maintaining a safe, orderly and clean environment in addition to maximizing the effective, humane and therapeutic operations of Crisis Ministries.

Applicants are required to have the ability and willingness to work with an underserved population.  The desire to help others and serve as a positive role model.  To maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.  The ability to effectively communicate and respond calmly in a crisis situation.The ability to understand and implement boundaries.  Applicants must posses basic computer and data entry skills in Microsoft Office applications. 

Applicants should have minimum of an Associates degree/a Bachelors is preferred in a human services related field. 

The positions are part-time/temporary 0 - 36hrs per week with the opportunity of becoming permanent.  Shifts are rotating with nights, weekends and holidays required.  The salary range based on experience is 20,800.00 - 24,960.00
