Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, an active Massachusetts license and registration with the appropriate board.
 

Supervisor:Director of Day Services

 

This position is very independent and flexible and allows the Therapist to develop their own schedule around the program hours, as well as the ability to do work from home.

Sign on bonus of $500.00 at date of hire.  Additional $1000.00 bonus after six months of employment.





Responsibilities

Provide evaluations and treatment to adults with a focus on physical therapy and adaptive equipment (such as wheelchair, walkers, etc). Illustrate teamwork and training to all members of day habilitation team.  Work with other UCP PT on all wheelchair needs for individuals and develop relationships and work with vendors.  The position would also include supervision of Rehabilitation Aide and oversight of all PT equipment.  Provide in-services and trainings to all staff on ROM, positioning, etc.  Experience in the area of developmental and physical disabilities is preferred.
