Rehabilitation Aid

UCP of MetroBoston is a progressive, innovative not-for-profit organization committed to advancing the independence, productivity and full citizenship of people with disabilities.

Qualilfications:

Bachelor's Degree related to human services from an accredited program preferred. Three years experience and some college coursework accepted. A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities:

Provide therapeutic and exciting recreational services in a 1:1 or small group setting to individuals that reside in Nursing Facilities. Work alongside UCP Therapists to develop goals to enrich the lives of the individuals within the program. Implement goals into the lives of the individuals served along with the development of volunteer work and community activities. Demonstrate proficiency in teaching skills and behavior management. Complete all required documentation.
