Resident Services Manager

The recipient of AASHA’s 2007 Excellence in the Workplace award, Mather LifeWays is a unique not-for-profit organization enhancing the lives of older adults by creating Ways to Age Well.  We seek a Resident Services Manager at our Senior Living Residence located in Evanston To assure resident satisfaction and to:

 coordinate resources & services to create meaningful experiences and ways to age well;provide engaging programs, presentations, events and outings;manage resident continuum from pre-entry screening to Transition of Care serve as a liaison to Resident Advisory Council, and family members; andsupervise and provide on-going staff development.

The successful candidate should have the following background:Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts, Gerontology or related fieldPlanning and coordinating a variety of programs and eventsSenior living experienceAbility to select, train, direct, motivate and evaluate staffEffective leadership, organizational and communication skillsComputer skills
