Justice Resource InstituteGLENHAVEN ACADEMY AND LANEWOODResidential Counselors / Overnight Awake Counselors Our progressive adolescent female residential programs are seeking full time and relief day, evening and overnight residential counselors to work with students who experience emotional and behavioral difficulties.  Job responsibilities include working with adolescent girls in a therapeutic setting, facilitating therapeutic and fun recreational activities, providing transportation, maintaining safety and security and working as part of an interdisciplinary team including teachers, clinical staff, nursing staff and residential staff.   Extensive training included.  Training specific to trauma treatment through our certificate program is also offered.  Full benefits including health, dental, life insurance, 401K, pension plan, tuition reimbursement, gym membership and wellness incentives. Experience working with adolescents and/or a degree in social work, psychology or a related field preferred. Position includes a four day work week.
