Retail Operations Analyst

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

Will report to the Department VP, and provide support for the Director of Stores.   The analyst must have expert knowledge of Excel and good working knowledge of Database software such as Access. They are expected to become knowledgeable of Goodwill’s Accounting and Budgeting Software. Administer the Retail Offices and the office supervisor would report directly to them.. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1.Plans and directs analysis of financial data.

2.Provide assessment of existing and proposed financial reports and procedures.

3.Compile complex data from a variety of sources into a cohesive, understandable format and present findings to VP Retail sales.

4.Responsible for the creation of complex spreadsheets and for adjusting or modifying existing spreadsheets. 

5.Review the data entries completed by Retail support staff to ensure accuracy.

6.Responsible for resolving errors and problem in Access and Excel as it relate to  Retail reports.

7.Schedule, Manage and Evaluate the Retail Office Supervisor

8.Ensure that the Retail Dept. Office operates at a high level of efficiency and effectiveness.

9.Perform other duties as assigned.
