Retail Store Assistant Manager

Are you hip, action-oriented, and ready to help lead the team in one of the coolest retail environments in the Castro?  If this sounds like you, the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), the nation’s largest gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender political advocacy organization is looking for you! This is an opportunity to mix retail savvy with activism by helping to lead HRC’s efforts to sell our clothing and gifts with a purpose and promote GLBT political action and visibility. Candidate must have a minimum of (2) year’s retail management experience, knowledge of product merchandising, sales training and be great with retail store operations. The ideal candidate is well organized, detail-oriented and simultaneously proactive in their approach to multiple projects. Experience in Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale systems is a must.
