Sales and Marketing Executives needed:

National organization is seeking energetic and selfmotivated individuals to serve as a sales / marketing executive. This is anentry-level management position.

 

Our executives are typically found in the community, notbehind a desk. They work to recruit, train and motivate customers. In addition,they work with community leaders to rally public support for the localprograms.

 

Different Responsibilities and aspects of the positioninclude:

 

· Sales:  Responsible for extending programs toschools, religious, civic, fraternal, educational, or other community basedorganizations in the assigned service area.

 

· Service:  Provide quality service through timelycommunication, regular meetings, training events and community activities.

 

· Fundraising:  Recruit leadership for fundraising campaignefforts to meet the financial needs of the organization.

 

· Administration:  Administer the program in the assignedservice area.

 

· PublicRelations:  Executives must be goodrole models and possess excellent communications skills.  Success depends on community support andacceptance. 

 

 

Compensation and Benefits:

 

The starting salary for an entry level position is $37,300.Executives also receive a $350 monthly auto allowance with mileage reimbursementof .18¢ per mile and a $50 cell phone allowance. Salary increases are based onperformance. Our benefits package includes major medical, dental, vision andprescription coverage in addition to long-term disability, accident, lifeinsurance, retirement plans, and tax-deferred annuity.

 

 

Qualifications for Employment:

 

· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college oruniversity

· United States Citizenship or declared intentionto become a U.S.citizen

· Adult – 21 years of age

· People-oriented, having the ability to work wellwith adult volunteers, community,

business leaders andrepresentatives of other organizations

· Able to work varied hours to achieve positiveobjectives

· Willing to work nights and weekends as needed

· You must live in the area to which you are assigned.Positions immediately available in north Lakeand west Volusia Counties.
