DUTIES:

assigns caseloadsmonitors and evaluated counselors in the performance of their workhandles a caseload, delivering all treatment components to assigned clientsdevelops & revises Individual treatment plans, assesses client progressprovides individual and group counselingassigns job functions, as needed in consultation with program director participates in case conferencesmakes recommendations regarding program effectivenessmust be available on an “on-call” basis at all timessupervises in all necessary group encounters, seminars & morning meetingsteaches and trains staff in the clinical aspects of a therapeutic community

Shift varies – 35 hour work week.

REQUIREMENTSH.S. Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferredmust be credentialed as a substance abuse professional or actively engages in the credentialing processat least one year’s experience in supervising counseling staffknowledge of therapeutic community required
