Social Worker/Therapist

Requisition #2916Social Worker/Therapist (Mental Health Clinic, Dorchester)Schedule: 8:30 - 5:00 Monday - FridaySalary: $41,600
Responsibilities:Conduct individual psychotherapy and group therapy sessions. Work in collaboration with client, family and community care providers when appropriate and provide case management and referrals as needed. Maintain records, progress notes and treatment plans. Qualifications:
LICSW or LMHC REQUIRED. Ability to function in a interdisciplinary team. Must communicate effectively and have good interviewing, diagnostic and report writing skills. Driving License Required? No
