Savers, Inc. is now searching for a talented Sourcing Administrator to join our corporate team. This role maintains and interprets contracts for all sourcing suppliers and manages projects and communications in support of the Sourcing Department’s goals and objectives.

 

DIVERSE FUNCTIONS OF ROLE

-Prepares, updates and monitors contracts with Sourcing suppliers and interprets terms of contracts and communicates contract and quota changes to team members and suppliers

-Manages or assists in managing various Sourcing projects

-Prepares and maintains communications with outside non-profit partners to ensure the sourcing and operational goals, policies and procedures are met

-Troubleshoots and coordinates administrative support and services for stores, team members and non-profit partners

-Provides general administrative support to the Sourcing Department

-Develops and maintains database information on vendors

-Develops, updates, maintains and disseminates reports including reports on sourcing leases, vendor payments, contracts and suppliers

-Plans, organizes and communicates department meetings or events

-Operates and maintains Dart/SP (Access) with critical information related to non-profit partner contact information and contract pricing and volumes

-Efficiently extracts data from Dart/SP (build and run queries with accuracy) and possesses the knowledge base to organize large sums of data to be meaningful

-Creates and processes manual credit-debit memos and payment corrections specific to non-profit partners

 

REQUIRED CREDENTIALS

-High school diploma or equivalent

-Two (2) to four (4) years of experience providing administrative support for senior management

-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Access, Excel, Word and Outlook

-Excellent customer service skills

-Strong organization and communication skills

-Ability to establish relationships with peers, internal and external customers and vendors

-Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and multi-task with minimal supervision

-Ability to compile, prepare and report data in formats and via reports

-Ability to interact with all levels of the organization

-Ability to identify needs and recommend solutions

-Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information
