We have an excellent opportunity for a Sr. Heart Ball Director based out of our St. Petersburg office covering Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties.Responsibilities include:Management of the Tampa Bay Heart Ball fundraising team and working with high level volunteers to implement activities that meet financial goals. Responsible and accountable for recruitment, training and management activities to ensure efficient growth and development of the Heart Ball event, especially as it relates to sponsorship, individual gifts and auction. Recruit and orientate leadership volunteers. Develop business and patron relationships within the local community. Actively solicit local sponsorships in conjunction with volunteers. Thank you. BS degree or equivalent experience. 2-4 years successful sales management/fundraising experience. Demonstrated skills in negotiation and motivation. Knowledge of the Tampa Bay market preferred.
