Description of Duties:
As the House Manager at a residential Group Home you will provide direct service to members including case management,crisis intervention and supervision of the daily schedule such as food preparation,medication observation, and group activities. 

Qualifications and Experience Required:
Minimum High School Diploma, good with people, compassion and empathy for those diagnosed with mental illness, basic computer skills, and an ability to handle crisis situations. 
 
Requirements, Responsibilities and/or Duties Unique to the Position:
Will report directly to the Residential Team Leader, must be able to be away from home from 4:30 pm Friday through 4:30 pm Sunday and occasional weeknights. Sleep shift (8 hours), is not paid time.  Must be 23 or older. 

Minimum Education Required: H.S. Diploma.
