This includes planning, implementing, maintaining, and evaluating cost-efficient enterprise systems that support both distributed and centralized grant management and business operations. IT also supports foundation programs directly, consulting on the execution of grants that include IT components.

The Supervisor, Application Maintenance leads the Applications maintenance team in providing lead operations support for existing and emerging application systems while developing and driving the technical strategy required for successful system operations and support. 

• Coordinate the overall activity of the operations team in support of foundation application systems• Works with IT leadership to establish maintenance and support standards• Plans and directs maintenance activities and establishes priorities in keeping with effective operations• Perform client focused business system and service reviews• Implement application system support solutions• Implement appropriate changes in policies, procedures and operational guidelines where necessary• Implements new methods and procedures for operations automation to minimize operating costs and ensure more efficient utilization of personnel and materials• Establishes schedules for preventative maintenance of application systems based on equipment type, usage, and maintenance requirements• Provide operations focused applications system status report and metrics to senior leadership

Develop an outstanding Applications Maintenance Team that is technically and professionally equipped to contribute to the goals of the IT organization.• Provides leadership and oversight in talent assessment and performance management.• Partners on identifying and implementing professional development plans.• Places a high regard on employee engagement and implements elements that creates a high performance culture.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent experience• A minimum of 5 years supervisor/team lead experience• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Ability to prioritize and support multiple work efforts• Comprehensive technical knowledge of Implementing and supporting enterprise applications comprised of large data volumes and Microsoft technology, development and support tools• General technical awareness of Application Development methodologies and practices.
