TRAINING MANAGER

Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen, is a non-profit agency dedicated to helping those individuals in need and improving the quality of life to members in the community. We provide programs to four counties throughout New Jersey and have successfully grown over 20 years to include 32 sites and 140 programs.

TRAINING MANAGER

Bridgewater, NJ

Dynamic individual needed to coordinate and deliver both clinical and non-clinical training to Agency staff; identify and assess training needs; coordinate, schedule, facilitate and monitor training programs; analyze training data and make recommendations to management. This individual will travel as required to various sites in the Middlesex, Somerset, Hunterdon, and Warren Counties as required for training delivery and oversight. Knowledge of and the ability to utilize a variety of software programs including MS Office required. Must possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Requires an MSW, LCSW or other applicable licensure, education and four to ten years experience in a training related position. Ad Code: MN/04/25/08/002/TM
