Description of Duties:

1. Assume the leadership role within the program’s assigned team to assure clinical focus and orientation. Models assertive community treatment evidence-based practices and recovery to ensure team adherence and understanding to fidelity scales.

2. Conduct scheduled organizational team meetings at least 4 times per week and lead a recovery-focused service planning process that fully includes the member served.

3. Meet in private sessions weekly with each team staff member to problem solve, train, monitor and guide their clinical case management and service delivery responsibilities toward  effective, dignified and timely interventions.

4. Discuss also, individually or in groups, the activities of team staff members providing outreach, case management, social, vocational, education, physical well-being, and residential services and programming and other services and supports provided by the treatment team.

5. Provide direct service to members and their families, functioning as the senior clinician or "player coach" of your team.  This includes participation on the team in a manner consistent with team expectations and in a fashion which models the functioning expected of all team members.

Qualifications and Experience Required:


• Master's required.
• Knowledge of  IDDT (Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment) practices
• Knowledge of  Supported Employment practices
• Must have supervisory experience
• Functional computer skills
• Clear/effective communication skills, both verbal/written
