Treatment Director/Administrator

Refuge House San Antonio, Inc is a non-profit foster care and adoption agency that works with children that have been removed from their homes because of abuse and neglect. We are looking for talented detail orientated individuals who have a desire to work with children and families. Refuge House is a Christian organization that includes faith into the services that we provide.

Refuge House San Antonio is looking for a treatment director/administrator position who will work directly with CPS and our families to identify the best possible home for children who have no home or appropriate relative to care for them. This position at Refuge House SA is a management position that oversees all the aspects of the foster care and adoption programs.  This job requires a lot of paperwork and someone who has excellent time management and organizational skills. The individual will also need impeccable communication skills.

The applicant must:

1,  Be a psychiatrist or psychologist

2. Be a licensed master social worker, a licensed clinical social worker, a professional counselor or a marriage and family therapist; and have three (3) years of experience providing treatment services for children with an emotional disorder, including one year in a residential setting.

3. Two (2) years of documented child placing experience.
