Web Content Producer-Intrantet
As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing all processes, daily maintenance, and ongoing expansion of content on Rotary's intranet and related projects.

Overview of Responsibilities
*Oversee the content of Rotary's intranet
*Coordinate requests and processes among clients, Web department, and IS department
*Develop and maintain Web pages using HTML design software and other tools
*Actively see new ways to enhance usability and functionality of Rotary's intranet
*Seek tools to increase efficient communication and workflow between departments
*Analyze incoming requests and coordinate fulfillment based upon established design/development cycle
*Develop contact management processes for department Web sites
*Coordinate all training for intranet liaisons and communication with them regularly
*Mange full cyclical process for content updates from initial request to completion of request
*Act as prime liaison between Web department and IS division for all intranet projects
*Work with IS to ensure quality, usability, and design for intranet applications
*Handle pre- and post-production of web pages throughout Rotary.org

Qualifications/Skills
*Bachelor's degree
*3 years content management experience
*At least 3 years of experience working on Web site content
*Superior writing, editing, grammar, and spelling skills
*Knowledge of HTML and Web site architecture
*Business analysis skills
*Excellent interpersonal communication and time management skills
*Project management experience desired
*Working knowledge of Sharepoint portal and Microsoft CMS desired
