Wraparound Program Director

Olive Crest is seeking a Director for our Orange County Wraparound Program.  The Director will be responsible for overall program supervision of Wraparound Services.  Responsible for reviewing program documentation, as well as support for Supervisory staff. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.  Provide oversight and supervision for Wraparound, including individual and group supervision.2.  Attend scheduled supervisor meetings, and other meetings with County Administrators and/or Wraparound Review and Intake Team (WRIT). 3.  Conduct periodic review of Plans of Care using audit tool provided by County Administrators.4.  Review Individual Service Reports (ISRs) for accuracy and submit to County Administrator by the contractual deadline.5.  Review monthly invoice for accuracy and submit to County Administrator by the contractual deadline.6.  Monitor and review MediCal Billing to ensure agreement between units of service reported to HCA and SSA.7.  Monitor and review HCA monthly expediture/revenue report to ensure agreement between units of service and cost of services reported to HCA and SSA.8.  With the assistance of the Care Coordinator Supervisor, screen and hire Care Coordinators.  In consultation with Parent Institute and other referring sources, screen and hire Parent Partners.9.  Maintain accountability for all Wraparound Policies and Procedures. 10.  Conduct meetings, to include Family Team Members, with SSA clinical staff to solve challenging issues, as needed. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  1.  Master’s degree in Psychology.  Social Work or related field.2.  Licensed MFT or LCSW3.
