We have an excellent opportunity for a Youth Market Director in our Cincinnati office to meet revenue goals of $300K and serve 318 schools in Clermont, Hamilton and portions of Butler County.Major Responsibilities:1. Coordinates, plans and implements activities and resources necessary to achieve Youth Market fundraising objectives in the assigned territory; closes sales face to face with school contacts2. Personally recruits event coordinators at areas schools and provides resources and motivation for coordinator throughout event cycle to minimize attrition and maximize successful completion results. 3. Implements best practices with JRFH/HFH. 4. Monitors status of JRFH/HFH events to provide customer service, trouble shooting, and completion.5. Confirms thorough and accurate entry into Seibel database and runs and reviews reports to support campaign management.6. Provides appropriate documentation to Youth Market VP and affiliate to maximize the customer service potential from the affiliate and support timely and accurate completion of JRFH/HFH reporting affiliate-wide.7. Provide expertise in the Youth Markets policies, procedures, and programs.8. Collaborates with other AHA staff and volunteers as needed to promote and support local initiatives.9. Travels daily throughout the defined territory and makes 8-10 sales calls per day, 40 sales calls per week to schools in the territory.10. Performs other duties as assigned. ' 3 to five years experience and demonstrated ability to close outside face to face sales, territory sales, corporate sponsorships, special event fund raising; demonstrated knowledge of the fundraising principals, practices, techniques and current trends.' Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent transferable experience.' Demonstrated skills in written and oral communication, including large and small group presentations, group facilitation and training.' Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects.' Ability to read, comprehend and analyze number goals, as well as fundraising reports.' Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout assigned geographical territory, to work occasional evenings and weekends. ' Knowledge of area schools helpful.' Voluntary health agency background helpful.' Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including the use of databases.
