Youth Retreat Director

The vision of Youth Frontiers isto change the way students treat each other in every school in thecountry.  We are a non-profitorganization with a 20-year history of helping schools improve their climate byproviding interactive programs around the values of kindness, courage andrespect.  This year we will workwith 90,000 students and educators in 14 states. 

 

As a successful candidate, you are able to make dynamic presentations to large groups of students ingrades 4 – 12.  You can lead largegroup activities, you communicate well with educators and youth, you work wellwith a team of presenters and you have a high desire for learning.

 

Presentation and youth work experience is preferred.  Experience in education and music is aplus.  A college degree isrequired.

 

This is a full-time role with excellent medical and dentalbenefits.  The position beginsAugust 1, 2008.  Directors deliverretreat programs from August through May, with a break during the months ofJune and July.  Some travel is required.
