Youth Shelter Program Director

Description

This position in Albany, NY with this respected non-profit requires a unique blend of experience and education. You will be responsible for a model shelter program for 13-18 year old youth. The duties for this position include supervision, training and development of staff, maintain compliance to NYS regulations and funding, administering program policy, developing programs and curriculum all to enhance client services.

You will be the direct report to the program managers and responsible for virtually all aspects of this program to enhance the positive experience of each client. This is a demanding but rewarding environment with an excellent track record. Excellent benefits and team

For this position you must have experience with youth in a supervisory position preferably in a similar setting.
