Manufacturing/Production/Operations Job Description Job Description: Job Description:This smt operator Position Features:Machine Operators interview for this position ASAP!SMT Operator 2nd shift 3p-11:30 p Monday through Friday, overtime on the weekends. Must be willing to work overtime. Pay rate begins at 10.00 per hour to include 10% shift differential, pay rate will go higher depending upon SMT experiences. MUST be able to pass a drug and background screen prior to start. Responsible for the basic surface mount manufacturing processes utilizing automated equipment and hand assembly. Performs routine SMT set-up, operation and adjustment. Functions as a participant of a team for all SMT processes. Acquires and interprets planning for any/all SMT assemblies. Maintains feeders and off line set up equipment.Documents problems per work instructions and Jabil procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned. Must be able to follow work instructions and documented procedures. Must be able to read and comprehend verbal and written work instruction. Knowledge of MENG procedure on SMT process and solder paste procedure and IPC610 RevC certification a plus. Basic computer skills required. May be required to work overtime.
