Job Description:High fashion apparel company is seeking a detailed oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk. Main duties of this position is to take care of auditing, billing for over 500 clients, familiar with charge backs, processing refunds, research and resolving customer inquiries, handling collections and cash management. Able to maintain General ledger and analysis all inquiries. Able to conduct system conversions and updates. Familiar with wiring transferring. Able to handle all bad debt reserve recommendations. Must have advanced knowledge of Excel, excellent data entry skills, and AS400.
