Job Description:A large company in corporate America is seeking a Director of First Impressions. Qualified candidates must be able have the following skills. Must be able to operate a PBX switchboard. Must be able to multi-task. Must be able to speak efficiently and effectively. Must be able to troubleshoot/direct incoming calls and transfer calls correctly. Duties will include: Greeting walk in traffic. Announcing visitors to the correct department, manager, etc. Inventory control of the office. Assisting with directions to the office. Typing Memos. Assisting with planning of Birthdays, office parties, etc. Qualified candidates must be patient, personable, and willing to take on challenges for personal growth. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is required. 10-key by touch is a plus!!! You also must be able to provide three work/personal references.
