2nd Assistant to Chairman - Work with the Best! - $40-50K

Fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and focused Administrative Assistant to advance their career with a leading Westside firm as the 2nd Assistant to the CEO.  Your incredible multitasking abilities and ability to juggle multiple priorities will land you this versatile role!  Love your team while working as an integral member of the Chairman’s support staff to help keep this brilliant executive on track.  Core functions will include managing a busy calendar, coordinating meetings and business appointments, arranging sophisticated travel itineraries, interfacing with other high-level executives and all levels of staff, as well as assisting with a variety of projects.

 

Qualifications:

-Strong ability to wear many hats and balance a range of competing deadlines and priorities.

-Meticulous attention to detail and a strong ability to anticipate needs

-Professionalism and composure to handle high-pressure situations

-Excellent communication skills

-College degree highly preferred

-Solid work history in an administrative role
