Job Description:Looking for experience project coordinator with administrative experience. Background in construction administration is highly desired, 2+ years working as an Admin or Project Coordinator, Timberline software and expert Excel, Strong verbal and written communication skills a MUST.Strong organization skills a must. Experience with Auto Cad and/or reading blueprints would be a plus. Can Do Attitude. Fast paced, very fun and rewarding environment. This position involves requesting documentation from clients on new projects. Also arranging schedule of values for billing purposes as well as obtain client reviews of schedules.
