Job Description:Stable Property Management Company in South Orange County is looking for a TOP NOTCH executive admin with proven skills and excellent references. The ideal candidate would come from the following companies: Development company, commercial real estate office, law office, property management company, escrow/title company, retail development, etc. With this background, must have supported an executive in the past. Personality needed: Someone who is a "neat-nik" with paperwork/filing, highly professional (appearance and demeanor), outgoing/sense of humor, work well as a team and on their own, juggle many tasks at once, extremely professional communication skills. Someone who is a forward thinker, proven problem-solving skills, can handle stress/deadlines, has great references and who is looking to stay with the company-- they are very stable and will be around for the long haul! Need someone who is going to truly invest themselves in the company. The Administrative Assistant/Office Manager supports the Executive Vice President in day-to-day administrative functions: contracts, tenant leases, maintenance of legal file indexes for all properties, faxing, file set up and file maintenance, calendaring, travel arrangements as necessary, expense reports, and general correspondence.
