The Administrative Assistant/Office Manager supports the Executive Vice President in day-to-day administrative functions: contracts, tenant leases, maintenance of legal file indexes for all properties, faxing, file set up and file maintenance, calendaring, travel arrangements as necessary, expense reports, and general correspondence.
