**$$55K Executive Administrator**

Job Description:Duties: Answer incoming phone calls, arrange travel schedules, handle mail, perform word processing and filing. Process and track department expenses and invoices. Maintain and update documentation relating to department budget and interface with accounting as needed. Manage calendars and schedules, schedule meetings, make conference room reservations and obtain equipment as necessary. Manage and fulfill requests for information from outside parties. Meet and greet customers/visitors. Will support executive management. May be asked to function as support for other positions in department. Skills: Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Lotus Notes. Needs the ability to learn new software quickly. Excellent dependability, strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and follow up skills required. Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor required. Experience supporting VP level executives is required. This position will support the VP of diversity and other departmental managers. Must have strong multitasking skills!!! Education: High school diploma required. Some college desirable.
