Great Benefits.Responsibilities:1. Maintain communication and relationship with customers 2. Manage sales backlog and rolling forecasts3. Work with Operation team on production / shipment schedule to meet customers requirement4. Work with Engineering & Operation teams on customers reported problems5. Work with Engineering to support new product development for customers6. Work with Finance / Accounting on invoicing and payment collection7. Work with customers management team to understand customers future development and business needsSkills / Experience:1. Organize and diligent in follow through with both internal and external parties2. Aggressive goal setter and committed achiever 3. Understanding of business processes from customers forecast to PO releases to production planning to shipment logistic to payment collection.4. Strong written communication skills to keep both internal and external parties in sync5. Flexible in working with customers and Operation teams in various time-zones6. Experience in MS Office and Oracle would be big plus7. Experience in servicing external or internal customers would be important!8. Knowledge of manufacturing is a bonus.
