Develop a strong customer base. Be committed to providing our customers a quality product, in a timely manner at a competitive market price. Introduce new and existing products and services to our customers. Influence daily sales and develop new business opportunities. Establish strong customer relations while exploring and developing creative ways of working externally with our customers to maximize business opportunities to generate sales. Work close internally with key personnel and necessary support groups to insure timely customer response.Generate necessary reports (IOI, Weekly Schedules, Opportunity Lists, Warranty Claim Forms, Quality Inspection Reports, Special Projects Lists, and Sales Call Reports) as needed on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis. Assist in generating and developing business forecasts at the end of each year for the upcoming year. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Service existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential customers.Instill confidence in Compression Systems abilities by effectively communicating with customers.Maintain relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer relations programs, following up on quotations, documenting problems, seeking inquiries, entertaining and coordinating activities with customers.Maintain customer database by identifying and assembling marketing information.Achieve financial objectives by staying within annual budget.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by keeping up to date on new products, procedures, and competitive information; attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies.Contribute to team effort by understanding the inner workings of the customers business and injecting Compression Systems perspective into customers decision making process as relates to Compression Systems products and services.Other duties/projects as assignedQualifications:Qualifications:Hold a current drivers license. Communicate clearly, demonstrate a high level of confidence, Have a good knowledge of product offering, Develop good people skills.Communication skills, Personal skills, Computer/Systems Training and Microsoft Office experience.
