The administrator's main responsibility will be utilizing various websites and research software to compile detailed corporate histories that coincide with records and corporate information given to us by various clients. Strong organizational skills are required as it is also the responsibility of the administrator to maintain comprehensive control sheets for clients. The administrator may act as the liaison between all unclaimed property operations departments and clients in the transfer agent/corporate trust fields.Other Duties As assignedSpecial Requirements: Knowledge of securities, industry and corporate actions a plus. Strong communication skills. Strong organizational skills a must.
