Account Executive

IPM is currently seeking inside sales professionals to join our team of account executives. Our unique training and support system has helped many of our men and women to achieve incomes far beyond their previous expectations. Over 60% of account executives who have been with us for three years or more earned over $100k last year, with some topping $300k. You will work directly alongside these professionals and enjoy the opportunity to continuously learn from top producers.

Begin training with a salary based on your previous experience and transition to commission-based pay structure. IPM offers medical and dental insurance, 401k, vacation, as well as other benefits and incentive plans.


Previous sales experience is preferred, but we will consider any highly motivated candidate who possesses good verbal communication skills. Our offices in Silsbee, Texas, offer a short and pleasant commute for those in Beaumont and surrounding areas.
