Responsibilities include: • Recruiting and interviewing for accounting and finance professional fields. • Develop relationships with new and existing clients • Inside Sales Requirements:• Ideal candidates must be able to work in a fast paced environment and remain professional at all times. • Detailed and Goal oriented • Able to Multi-task and excellent interpersonal skills including strong self motivation, FOCUS and PASSION for selling services. • Sense of urgency and initiative to make cold calls, prospect and close buiness. • Flexible; able to handle change • Able to meet deadlines • 4 year degree is required • 2-4 years of customer service, staffing or sales experience and excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills Salary and commission is open depending on experience.
