The role of this position is to qualify, service and expand client base; obtain job orders from the business community; recruit, screen and match qualified candidates to the clients specific job requirements. Individual will contribute to the professional standing of AppleOne as a personnel service by supplying clients and applicants with outstanding customer service and results. Key duties include client development, maintaining sales standards and goals, interfacing with clients to identify needs, Interviewing and evaluating all candidates, and to continually develop applicant base through recruiting. Prefer 3- 5 years sales experience (industry experience a plus), basic computer skills, excellent written and verbal skills, and the ability to excel in a goal driven sales environment.
