Account Executive-Software Sales

GENERAL PURPOSE

 

The Sales Representative position is responsible for the maintenance and development of Sales of all services that the company provides, based on a sales quota. Must be permanently updated with the current and new sales techniques, company products, policies, and procedures. The individual is responsible to make use of appropriate techniques and skills to develop consistently and continually sales performance and will perform other duties as assigned.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSEnsure that personal sales quotas are achieved Interact with sales team to help meet goals.Self updated training regarding sales techniques, legal requirements, and company products, policies, and procedures Review and self evaluate sales performance  Attend weekly sales meetings Help prepare yearly sales quota Ensure all contracts/paperwork are completed and returned accurately and in a timely manner Work in the field with the sales team Able to generate a commercial plan of sales- Business PlanAble to create metrical & forecasts sales, monthly reports including deviation analysis  Local travel to other locations may be required

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSMust Posses a 4 year degree preferable in International Business Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) both written and orallyKnowledge of SAP and/or ORACLE ERP Systems Sales experience of Software or IT products and servicesSales experience of Software or IT products and services
