Summary of Responsibilities:
This position is integral to and responsible for the support of the Executive Account Manager and the account management team on ongoing customer support. This is a support roll for the team assisting in maintaining customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Implements the setup of new client accounts and new client group accounts.
· Support and setup of client group standard features and preferences; including company templates, word lists and address books
· Create, maintain and manage standard client reporting as directed.
· Research and resolve customer billing issues as directed.
· Research new client groups and opportunities as directed.
· Coordinate account management’s tradeshow efforts and follow-up documentation.
· Support marketing the order and delivery of our marketing collateral effort; including the order of print materials, business cards, client presentation packages and delivery of materials as directed.
· Non-technical end user testing of new SpeakWrite client products and systems. Direct coordination with IT team.
· Other duties, as required.
Problem Solving/Judgment:
Must be able to work on a variety of tasks of difficult scope and complexity where analysis of data and/or situations requires evaluation of multiple factors. Will operate within established department/company practices and execute appropriate action under the direction and review of the Executive Account Manager.
Supervision Required:
Reports directly to the Executive Account Manager and supports this position and team as directed.
Contacts:
Requires frequent and effective contact with company staff at all levels as well as limited contact with outside parties including both potential customers and existing customers.
Decision Making:
Responsible for making appropriate decisions within the framework of established department and company policies and practices.
Minimum Skills & Qualifications:
· 1-3 years, experience in the support of external customer account management, sales or related field.
· Must be confident and at ease dealing with a variety of personalities, both internally and externally, and must possess strong presentation, organization and communication skills (both verbal and written).
· Knowledge of account management principles, practices, techniques, and tools preferable. Must possess good analytical skills allowing for thorough consideration of all aspects associated with account management.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting company’s commitments including deadlines, quality and management expectations, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Demonstrated problem solving skills and persistence. Must have the ability to work extended hours, when required.
· PC skills (MS Office Suite, Project, etc.) Advanced knowledge of Excel is a requirement. Good technical skills and comfort of multitasking between multiple programs is a must. Basic knowledge of Adobe suite and graphic programs is preferential.
