This specific individual should posses a background in Benefits and come from a Health Insurance Carrier, Wholesale/Retail Benefits Brokerage or TPA in a Support/Service role. This person should be licensed and ready to hit the ground running. Looking for someone who managed large groups 100+, effective and persuasive speaker, adaptable personality and make sure that nothing is left on the table which will be the keys to success in this well known organization. This person will be responsible for supporting there designated Producer and Servicing the accounts and maintaining a great relationship with clients.
