Account Manager: South Chicago, Illinois

RSA is currently looking for an Account Manager in the South Chicago, Illinois area.

 

The successful candidate will:Work from a remote office located at the RSA customer’s headquarters. Develop sales opportunities with the customer for new categories of products. Work closely with customer to maintain and grow sales in categories already serviced and / or supplied by RSA. Provide administrative support to manage categories being serviced and / or supplied by RSA. Provide data entry and data analysis for products being sold to customer by RSA.Provide leadership, guidance, coaching, and training to both full and part-time merchandisers within assigned area. Manage, monitor, and measure work of employees; clearly assign responsibilities for tasks and decisions, set clear objectives. Inspect merchandiser work for compliance in each store. Develop and implement short and long-term goals, objectives, and tactical execution plans according to area needs. Understand and fulfill customer needs through problem solving and communication. Implement all company policies and procedures related to business development in an effort to maximize profitability. Ensure that operational processes and procedures are executed according to company standards and compliance measures. Assist in setting up new stores, remodels, and show stores. Perform tasks of Merchandisers and Reset Specialists when necessary.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access) Knowledge of the industry, retail experience, management experience, and logistics skills. Demonstrated leadership skills. Excellent time management and prioritization skills. Ability to train others. Ability to work effectively with team members, peers, management and external customers. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to organize people and activities; understanding how to separate and combine tasks into efficient work flow; knowing what to measure and how to measure.
