Responsibilities:Reconcile monthly investor reports using system ad hock reports to convert in excel format and conforming to all REG AB requirements. Reports must be up-loaded on the investor's web-site or submitted using the secured Move-it system. Make system corrections and adjustments to the system. All investor remittances must be remitted to the Investor or Master Servicer of the Securities within investor requirements and guidelines.Keep good and open communication with all investors and master servicers to make sure they are satisfied with our servicing. Make sure we are following all requirements set for in the contracts for each deal.All Investor DDA accounts must have all reconciling items cleared monthly to be in compliance with REG AB.Work to recover all REO losses due back to the Servicer. Make sure we check regularly so that timelines and curtailment of the loss amount does not occur.We work at least 1 Saturday morning a month, and some over-time is required for this position.Reconcile monthly investor reports using system ad hock reports to convert in excel format and conforming to all REG AB requirements.
