The Hanover Accounting Leadership Program is an exceptional opportunity for CPA’s who are energized by partnering with business leaders and influencing strategy by using exceptional financial, negotiation and presentation skills. In this program, you will learn various aspects of accounting, financial reporting and internal controls of a major regional Property & Casualty Insurer while working toward a management position. This comprehensive 2-3 year long training program prepares high performers for management positions in our Company by combining challenging 6-9 month job rotations with comprehensive training in industry, technical and leadership skills, experience with high visibility projects and formalized networking and mentoring with our senior executives. Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required. An MBA or master’s degree in accounting or finance is preferred. Minimum 2 years, up to 5 years of experience with a national CPA firm. Some portion of this experience must be in the attest function. A current CPA certificate, or demonstration of having met all of the requirements in Massachusetts. A track record of success, both academically and professionally.
