Our client is seeking an Accounting Manager to work directly for the Corporate Controller and offers exceptional opportunity for growth, career development and to learn the operations of the business for this growing organization.  This position will be responsible for Participating in M&A activities, including due diligence reviews and integrationAssist the finance management team in analyzing company’s financial reports at all levels – corporate and regionalManage critical aspects of m/e close process and intercompany reporting requirements

The successful candidate will be at a Manager or Senior level position currently in a Big 4 or large regional public accounting firm.  Must have audit and SOX experience. This position offers a very competitive salary and bonus!
