Corporate Accountant:  Global company where you can feel good about working!  This position will work closely with the international offices, preparing and reviewing financial reports, account reconciliations, and administering the fixed asset system. Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance required.  3-5 years accounting experience.  Public accounting experience and Great Plains software experience are both preferred.  Salary $50-60K.

 

Senior Financial Analyst: Fast growing global organization.  This position will work closely with the global finance teams participating in month-end close, analyzing forecast versus actual variances, preparing various schedules and analyses in support of quarterly and annual SEC filings.  Must have strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial planning, data analysis, BS, CPA or progression toward certification and strong Excel.  Excellent opportunity for someone who wants to progress in their career – lots of opportunity with this company. Salary $60’s + bonus.

 

Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis:  Position will train and mentor three direct reports.  Key responsibilities for this position include oversight and coordination of monthly consolidated financial reports, monthly division reporting packages, quarterly division review books and quarterly reporting for Audit Committee, analyzing and investigating significant variance from budget/ forecast and continually improving the process for assessing and analyzing divisional performance.  A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and experience using financial software packages a must.  Salary is in the $80K’s plus bonus.

 

Senior Financial Analyst: One of the top companies to work for in St. Louis – they offer great flexibility and work/life balance.  Key responsibilities include assisting in budgeting, forecasting and reporting to sales teams, analyze trade investments, assist in the financial analysis regarding new business proposals, opportunities and customer agreements, and assist in the development of financial tools and processes.  Must have BS in Accounting/Finance, MBA preferred.  Must have 3 years experience and a high proficiency in MS Excel.  Salary $60-75K + bonus.

 

Internal Reporting Analyst:  NEWLY CREATED POSITION.  Position responsible for reporting, analysis and process improvement projects.  BS in Accounting and knowledge of creating macros in MS Excel are musts!  Great opportunity, highly visible position.  You can make a difference in this role!  Salary $45-52K.

 

Senior Accountant:  Our client is seeking a qualified candidate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a minimum of 4 years experience in a hands-on accounting position.  This role will prepare month end journal entries, account reconciliations and monthly analysis schedules, analyze general ledger and records of financial transactions, maintain appropriate records, files, documentation and controls within the accounting function, and participate with periodic audits.  Compensation is $50K - $60K per year.

 

Risk Control Specialist:  This position is responsible for summarizing the results of quarterly and entity level assessments, training management in concepts in order to comply with SOA Section 404, develop policies and keep current policies up-to-date.  Candidate should have 2-5 years of accounting/auditing experience, knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley, Bachelor’s degree and working knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards.  Preferable qualifications include CPA, CIA, or CISA certification, MBA and experience in the coal or manufacturing industry.  Salary range is $46 – 66K. 

 

Sr. Accounting Systems Analyst:  A Bachelor’s degree in finance or information systems and 5+ years of public or industry experience in financial systems is required.  PeopleSoft or other finance systems experience is a plus. Responsibilities are as follows:  Participate and/or lead small to medium size systems development projects and enhancement efforts representing the interests of the business user and Accounting Systems. This included understanding and documenting processes as well as design, development end user tools, testing, implementation and communication. Also may include participation on large scale efforts. Serve as a finance area information systems analyst.  Leverage the Finance Division financial systems to automate current processes.  Compensation is $55K - $60K per year + bonus and profit sharing.
