About the Company

Williams Industrial Services Group, L.L.C. (WISG) is a family of three companies providing a comprehensive range of industrial maintenance, modification and construction services to Power Generation, Pulp and Paper, Chemical, Refining, Manufacturing and other industrial markets.  Our corporate headquarters is currently located in Stone Mountain, GA; we are scheduled to relocate to Tucker, GA in early Summer 2008.

 

About the Position

Accounts Payable (AP) Processor

We have an immediate opportunity for an accounts payable processor.  This position reports directly to the Manager, AP and works in a team environment providing accounts payable support nationwide. 

 

Summary

  Comprehensive accounts payable, including, coding, processing, researching and approvals

  Employee expense reports/per diems

  Coordination of AP, involving constant communication with corporate and field personnel

  Sub-contracts and lien experience is a plus, but not required

 

 Qualifications

  3 + years experience in Accounts Payable

Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word

  Excellent communication skills

Analytical and attention to detail skills

  Construction cost accounting a plus, but not required
