Accounts Receivable Professionals

Three large organizations within the Atlanta area are hiring experienced and motivated Accounts Receivable Professionals immediately.  These companies are located in downtown Atlanta and Norcross.

 

Responsibilities:Prepare weekly and monthly billingBusiness to business collectionsPrint invoices and match back-up to the invoices, manually create invoices when necessaryCash posting, research short paid invoices and overpaid invoicesProduce aging report weekly to the collections department, assist collections when necessary on research and resolutionsPrepare daily deposits, reconcile A/R, cash reconciliationsProcess billing invoices 

Requirements:Must have high school degree, desire Associates degreeData entry skills need to be efficient and accurateBasic to intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel, and large ERP systemAbility to multi-task Excellent communication skills, and professionalismMust be able to pass a drug screen, credit and criminal background check
