Accounts Receivable Specialist - up to $39K

Job Description:Growing company is looking for an experience Accounts Receivable Specialist to add to their team!Major responsibilities include: Check credit reports on new customers and setup on computer system. Monitor the aged accounts receivable report and take appropriate policy actions whenever necessary. Monitor credit hold orders and determine proper disposition. Process credit memo's and customer refunds. Maintain customer files. Process cash and checks and apply to account balances. Other projects as assigned. Position Requirements include: 2 or 4-year degree in Accounting or Finance. 2-5 years experience in Accounts Receivable, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others. Ability to work with minimum supervision.
