Job Title: Supervisor of Accounts Receivable

 

Job Summary: Responsible for the timely and accurate posting of all cash receipts and customer payments, resolution of payment issues and the reconciliation of all Accounts Receivable General Ledger accounts.  Also responsible for the training and continuing growth of all employees under his/her supervision.

 

The position reports to the Manager of Accounts Receivable.

 

Major Functions: Provide leadership and oversee all Accounts Receivable activitiesOversee the daily posting and reconciliation of customer paymentsOversee the correction of posting errors and SAP problemsOversee the correction of lockbox and bank statement errorsOversee the daily balancing processOversee the month-end general ledger account reconciliation

 

Requirements:Minimum of five years experience in Accounts Receivable in a Supervisory capacity.  Must have experience with Excel, Word, MS Outlook, and Internet applicationsMust be accurate, organized and detail orientedMust have excellent verbal, quantitative and interpersonal skillsMust be a team player
