Accounts Receivables Specialist TAC Worldwide Companies is currently recruiting an Account Receivables Specialist to fill an opening with a large national client on a 1 month contract basis in Hopkinton, MA. The ideal candidate will fulfill the following responsibilities:  Pull bank reports daily from an online banking system. Prepare and enter receipts into various receivable and ledger accounts. Perform batch reconciliations. Submit and reconcile lockbox receipt applications. Process credit card payments through web based applications. Assist in processing accounts receivable mailbox transactions. Interact with other departments to research and resolve receipt application issues. Respond to customer inquiries. Perform other duties as required. Education/ Experience Required or Desired: Associates degree Accounts Receivable experience Deposit processing experience SkillsOrganizational skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Communication skills. Customer Service skill. Ability to prioritize projects and deliverables.
