We are looking for an Accreditation Coordinator to join our Accreditation department within Pri-Med Institute. Reporting to the Accreditation Manager, the Accreditation Coordinator will provide support for all accreditation activities and assist with the management of associated documentation and archiving. This support includes developing a file management system for electronic documents, working to acquire necessary documentation, and drafting correspondence to various accrediting bodies. The Accreditation Coordinator will also support the Accreditation Manager with maintaining schedules, project deliverables, activity reconciliation, and internal process workflows, and will also be expected to assist with efforts to increase corporate and industry visibility of Pri-Med Institute by attending Continuing Medical Education (CME) training and events (as necessary) and participating in internal CME trainings.

 

Qualified prospective candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree and will have 1-2 years of professional work experience. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously are absolutely essential. Candidates must exhibit outstanding interpersonal skills, and be able to work well as part of a team.
